Is Rutter’s the Luckiest Lotto Spot?

Pennsylvania customers looking to score a winning lottery ticket might want to head to their local Rutter’s.

Over the past six years, Rutter’s has paid out more than $107 million in lottery cash prizes to customers, which included several multimillion dollars’ to lucky winners.

Most recently, the Rutter’s located on Derry Street in Hummelstown sold a Cash 5 ticket that won a customer $300,000. Back in January of this year, the Rutter’s on Pennsylvania Avenue sold another Cash 5 ticket worth $1.2 million dollars to one lucky Rutter’s customer. In addition, another $300,000 Cash 5 ticket was sold at the Rutter’s on Vine Street in Middletown.

Rutter’s offers all PA Lottery terminal-based games as well as a variety of instant lottery games to hundreds of thousands of customers who visit its 69 convenience stores throughout central Pennsylvania each week.
