‘Espresso’ yourself
It just might be espresso. It’s estimated that over the next five years, authentic espresso could become the next high demand beverage in the channel. The problem with introducing this energy booster in the past was keeping labor under control while still producing a quality beverage.
Boyd Coffee’s new 1-2-3 Espresso> machine, which is already being distributed to c-stores, may be the answer to this challenge. According to John Farrara, marketing manager for Boyd’s, the machine produces high-quality cappuccino and espresso beverages with minimal labor.
