Brandon Taylor of Ogden, Utah learned first hand today why using his KickBack rewards card pays in more ways than one. Taylor was selected as the 2007 National Grand Prize winner of a trip for him and his family to Hawaii courtesy of participating merchants in the KickBack Points Customer Rewards Network. He was awarded the prize Friday At the Walker’s
Food & Fuel store in Linden, Utah where the winning transaction occurred.
The store is one of 23 Walker’s stores in Utah owned and operated by San Antonio based TETCO Inc.
“In addition to earning KickBack points and other benefits, every time a KickBack cardholder presents their card at a participating location they are automatically entered in our monthly and annual prize drawings,” explained KickBack Rewards Systems CEO Patrick Lewis.Over $2 million in cash, prizes and rebates have been awarded to date.Cards are free at participating locations around the country and Canada.
“Wow, I didn’t realize this was possible,” said Taylor, who was surprised with the grand prize during what he thought was a routine visit to the store. “I keep a list of locations in my vehicle so I know where to stop and use my KickBack card. This is going to be great for my family.”
TETCO purchased the Walker’s Food & Fuel chain earlier this year and plans to continue growing the KickBack Rewards program at the stores.
