RedPrairie Corporation said the UK-based international retailer Tesco will implement RedPrairie’s Workforce Management application at the company’s retail stores in 13 countries.
RedPrairie said its solutions will enable Tesco to deliver greater customer service by aligning customer traffic with employee scheduling. Tesco employs more than 350,000 people worldwide.
