Motion Technology Inc., the manufacturer of AutoFry and Multi Chef, announced the introduction of its new Multi Chef 7500PC high-speed oven. Multi-Chef’s patented rotary air impingement technology prepares a wide variety of foods in a fraction of the time of traditional convection ovens without the use of a microwave. The Multi-Chef 7500 is the latest addition to the MTI product line, having a four-tray cooking capacity (up to four 18-inch pizzas), 100 programmable menu presets, removable cooking cavity for ease of cleaning and variable cooking speeds. In addition, its ventless design eliminates the need for hoods and vents, allowing it to be installed virtually anywhere.
