Energy Recruiters (ERI) has added three new consultants to its Executive Recruiting Team.
The Bonita Springs, Fla.-based company specializes in recruitment for the petroleum industry, covering the complete supply chain from refining through retail/end user. Its new consultants will be serving clients in the Convenience Retail and Petroleum Marketing sectors.
“Our ability to grow over this year has been a blessing, but the credit really goes to our clients who have been blocking and tackling, retaining and engaging new customers, and driving operational excellence,” Jason McAuliffe, president of ERI said in a statement.
Among the new additions to the team are Mark Couture, Tim Hedleston and Charlie Brown.
Couture graduated from Northern Arizona University before opening his first retail location in 1988. After seven years it was considered one of the biggest operations in the state. He sold that location to a major corporation after 10 years of success. Mark has opened multiple retail locations and operated them for several years in addition to acting as a business consultant for 7-Eleven. After more than 20 years in the retail industry, Mark was recruited by another executive recruiting company where he learned to put in practice what he knows about the retail industry.
Hedleston attended Bluffton College in Bluffton, Ohio. Soon after, he began working for an executive search firm as an account executive, specializing in the retail and petroleum markets. Tim has several successful years working in the recruiting industry within different organizations. Tim is now working for ERI as an executive recruiting consultant.
Brown has 30 years experience in the recruiting industry servicing clients in retail, petroleum marketing and healthcare. He has spent his career with two different search firms specializing in the retail and petroleum markets before joining the ERI team.
