Atlas Oil Company’s charitable arm, Atlas Cares, is holding its third annual Marine Holiday Party on Saturday, Jan. 9, from noon to 4 p.m.
The festivities will take place at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Mt. Clemens, Mich., and attendees will include Sam Simon, CEO and owner of Atlas Oil Company, 400-500 Marines, their families and children, and Atlas Cares volunteers.
The holiday-themed party is held each year to honor and recognize the men and women who fight for our freedom. The event will include live entertainment, recognition for all the Marines and games for children.
“Atlas Oil Company is extremely passionate about giving back to those who are most deserving. This event gives Atlas Oil Company the chance to interact and give thanks to the brave men and women that unselfishly serve our country,” the company said in a press release.
Atlas Cares is an employee-sponsored and directed charitable program within Atlas Oil Company. Taylor, Mich.-based Atlas Oil Company meets the fuel distribution and service needs of businesses, governments, and 375+ gasoline service stations in 20 states and Ontario, Canada.
