Quick Chek, which operates more than 120 stores throughout New Jersey and southern New York, is starting the year off by enticing its customers with a number of new fresh food offerings.
New for breakfast, the chain is offering an egg white turkey sausage omelet on a multigrain roll, targeting those looking for a healthy morning choice. With only 350 calories and six grams of fat, this breakfast option provides five grams of multigrain fiber. It will launch on Feb. 1.
New for lunch and dinner, the chain is debuting three new Angus Burgers, including Zesty Pizza, Mushroom and Swiss or Double Angus Cheddar BLT. Meanwhile, sandwich lovers will be excited to try its two new sub recipes, the chicken marsala melt and black angus roast beef, swiss and mushroom subs.
Back by popular demand, Quick Chek has brought back customers’ favorite soups, including twice baked potato, split pea & ham, lasagna, Southwest-style vegetarian black bean and fire-roasted vegetarian vegetable.
But fresh food isn’t the only section of the store with new innovations. The coffee bar also is getting an update for 2010. The chain has added a new brew called Sumatra Mandheling, a premium dark roast coffe and one of the world’s most exotic and sought-after blends. And it also is adding Scott & Todd Big Show Limited Edition, a mild, sweet and chocolaty blend with a distinct macadamia nut flavor.
For those customers looking for a bundle meal deal, Quick Chek will be offering a 99-cent sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin breakfast with a coffee purchase from 5 a.m. to 11a.m.
To entice customers to follow it through social networking sites, the Quick Chek is offering product coupons to customers who become it fan on facebook.
