The Florida Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association (FPMA) has announced the inauguration of the new Sunshine Food and Fuel Expo to be held in Kissimmee, Fla.
The new show will take place from July 18-19 at the Gaylord Palms Resort.
Conceived as a key part of FPMA’s ongoing re-engineering efforts, the Sunshine Food and Fuel Expo will encompass all areas of the convenience and petroleum business with special emphasis on in-store products, QSR options, as well as the traditional fuel and facility focus. By officially separating the event from the annual association convention, it is widely expected that the Sunshine Food and Fuel Expo will rapidly become one of the petro-industry’s premier regional events.
“We are sincerely excited about the long term prospects for the new Sunshine Food and Fuel Expo and look for the show and its diverse format to grow in both size and importance beyond the State of Florida into a significant Southeast regional event” stated Jim Smith, FPMA president and CEO.
