Seneca Companies has acquired petroleum service provider Littlejohn’s Equipment of Denver to combine considerable years of industry experience with complementary petroleum industry solutions.
“We are very excited about this acquisition,” said Chris Risewick, owner and CEO of Seneca Companies. “Seneca will now be able to provide customers in this region with a trusted and knowledgeable contractor for petroleum construction on new or remodel projects in addition to continuing to provide top‐notch service and equipment. We will also be offering additional options for customers – including our online petroleum equipment store.”

Seneca Companies currently has locations in Des Moines, Sioux City, and Davenport, Iowa, Oreana, Ill., Kansas City, Mo., and Baldwyn, Miss.
“We are fortunate to have a seasoned veteran, Doug Struve, at the helm of this Denver operation,” Risewick added. “He has vast experience in the industry, previously serving as our petroleum sales manager-you would be hard‐pressed to find anyone more committed to the success of our customers.” In this role, Mr. Struve will oversee various functions of the business with a focus on enriching the customer service experience in this new operation.
