A Kum & Go has been given the green light to proceed with the construction of a new gas and convenience store at the site of an old Kraft Food plant property in Berryville, Ark., the Carroll County News reported.
Rob Wadle, Kum & Go’s real estate development representative recently appeared before the Berryville Planning and Zoning Commission to gain plan approval for the project. Kum & Go aims to purchase the 1.36 acre parcel from Jimmy Jones, who intends to retain ownership of a small portion of the property where his new billboards are placed.
Plans for the Kum & Go, show a 5,000-square-foot building and 14 gas pumps.
Asked if Kum & Go would offer E85, Wadle told the Carroll County News, yes, if a supplier is close enough.
