Radiant’s solution makes it quick and easy for c-store customers to complete transactions.
Kwik Trip Inc., a Wisconsin-based petroleum and convenience store retailer with 425 locations, has enlisted Radiant Systems Inc. to equip its sites with the company’s Radiant Point-of-Sale (RPOS) software, Tiger Fuel Controllers and P1560 POS terminals.
Radiant Systems not only develops innovative solutions for the convenience store industry, but “it is equally focused on delivering the results we expect from our investment,” said Tom Colbert, director of information technology at Kwik Trip. “We are excited to work with the Radiant team and look forward to improving efficiencies within our operations and continuing to provide a great experience for our customers.”
Radiant POS increases the speed of transactions, both inside the store and outside at the pump, to deliver a fast and enjoyable customer experience. In addition, Radiant’s open, proven platform provides Kwik Trip with a solution that can support future growth initiatives, including more advanced marketing capabilities, foodservice and car wash. The power of Radiant’s software is expected to allow Kwik Trip to incorporate each of these functions without sacrificing security or transaction speed.
“Radiant’s solution makes it quick and easy for c-store customers to complete transactions without operators having to sacrifice advanced marketing or compliance initiatives,” said Jimmy Frangis, vice president of the petroleum and convenience retail division at Radiant Systems. “We look forward to bringing our solution to Kwik Trip this year and supporting the company in its goal of providing outstanding customer service.”
