“We are pleased to partner with family-owned businesses as we grow the Irving brand across Rhode Island and New England,” said Irving Oil spokesperson.
An Irving filling station located at 1325 Wampanoag Trail in Riverside, R.I., has a new owner: Peter Vaserman, who recently renovated the location and plans to make additional upgrades in the future.
“I have always thought highly of Irving Oil because of their strong reputation and commitment to the community,” said Vaserman. “When the opportunity to purchase this service station arose I was eager to join the growing network of Irving locations in Rhode Island.”
The Wampanoag Trail location participates in Irving’s gas savings program with Shaw’s Supermarkets. In addition to participating in the gas savings program, customers can redeem even more savings —six cents off per gallon every Monday.
Irving Oil, based in Atlantic Canada, is an energy refiner and marketer currently growing across the Northeast, with more than 800 fueling locations currently in New England and Atlantic Canada.
“We are pleased to partner with family-owned businesses as we grow the Irving brand across Rhode Island and New England,” said Harry Hadiaris, general manager of Irving Oil Marketing. “Irving is known for excellent customer service and a great fueling experience; exactly what Peter Vaserman and his team will provide.”
