Some 23 million gallons of fuel to be distributed.
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, a real estate investment services firm, has been selected to represent the sale of 14 unbranded service stations, mostly in Miami Dade County, Fla., and the distribution of 23 million gallons of fuel, according to Kirk Felici, vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Miami office.
The assets and business opportunity commands a sales price of $31,000,000.
Ronnie Issenberg and Gabriel Britti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, have the listing to market the property on behalf of the sellers, a Private Investment Co.
“We have had numerous inquiries from dealers, distributors, retail developers and investors in the first week of marketing the assets,” Issenberg said.
These stations can be delivered free and clear of any distribution or branding agreements. Most have well-established dealers in place.
