Hoshizaki America Inc. was recognized for excellence in product design in the 9th annual Dealer Design Awards program, sponsored by The Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration News magazine.

A panel of 29 contractors judged 81 entries in the contest. Hoshizaki’s Compact Undercounter Reach-In Refrigerator, HR24A, earned the silver award in the ice machine and refrigeration category.

“These awards give us a unique opportunity to recognize the outstanding research and development efforts that go into many of the products serving the HVACR industry, and the awards issue gives our readers an opportunity to read about innovative installation and service solutions,” said Mike Murphy, ACHR News publisher.

Winners were featured in ACHR’s July issue, which is distributed to 33,000 HVACR contractors, wholesalers and industry professionals.
