“Having bill pay kiosks at MAPCO locations across Tennessee makes it easier for customers to pay their bills on time,” said Hamed Shahbazi, chairman and CEO of TIO Networks.
TIO Networks Corp. announced it signed a deal with MAPCO Express Inc. to deploy 37 self-serve bill paying kiosks in store locations across Memphis and Nashville.
As of May 2012, MAPCO customers have had the convenience of being able to pay bills using cash at participating stores with the option of same-day payment processing. Customers can make payments in English or Spanish with real-time processing, and 24/7 access to customer service.
TIO has partnered with a number of local and national billers, including NES, MLGW, AT&T, Boost, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, Dish Networks and DirecTV to help customers pay all bills in one convenient locations. Other c-stores such as Circle K, Hop In stores and Walgreens have also started to use TIO Bill Pay Kiosks in their Tennessee locations.
“We’re very excited to partner with TIO to offer our customers another piece of the full-service experience they’ve come to expect from MAPCO,” said Tony Miller, vice president of sales and merchandising for MAPCO. “Giving our customers an easy, safe and convenient opportunity to pay a variety of bills was a no brainer.”
