Wawa further builds business in the Florida market as Agree Realty closes the acquisition on a new store site for the company.

Agree Realty Corporation announced it closed the acquisition of a parcel of land in Pinellas County, Fla., for the development of a Wawa convenience store and gas station.

Wawa’s new site location is on the northwest corner of 34th Street and 62nd Avenue in Pinellas Park, Fla. The project and development of this site is set to be completed during the first quarter of 2013. 

Agree Realty works toward the acquisition and development of single tenant properties net leased to industry leading retail tenants. The company currently owns and operates a portfolio of 93 properties, located in 25 states.
