Management Science Associates’ (MSA) Managing Director, Suzy Silliman along with SmartRevenue’s Candace Adams, presented “The Drivers of Retailer Loyalty in the Convenience Channel” at the 4th Annual Shopper Technology Institute’s LEAD Marketing Conference in Chicago this week.
The conference, with more than 200 retailer and CPG executives, is the only cross-channel collaborative event for retailers and manufacturers with workshops, keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout tracks and tabletop exhibits covering all aspects of loyalty, engagement, analytics and digital applications.
This session was the first ever convenience oriented presentation offered at the LEAD conferences, which reinforces the channel’s increasing importance to the Retail landscape.
The event is geared to all channels of retailing including Supermarkets, Drug, Dollar Store, Mass and Discount, Convenience Stores, Specialty Stores and Department Stores, plus Manufacturers supplying these channels.
