Customers can instantly drop the price at the fuel pumps by up to $1 using their Dropoints card.

In effort to offer greater rewards to its loyal customers, Oasis Stop ‘N Go, of Twin Falls, Idaho, and Mid Pac Petroleum, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and have joined the Dropoints redemption network.

Their gas stations combined will provide more than 1.4 million consumers with convenient redemption locations for Dropoints cards, covering the entire state of Hawaii and much of Southern Idaho.

“Dropoints cards are a great fit for Oasis,” said Troy Willie, CEO of Oasis Stop ‘N Go. “We’re always looking for ways to ‘wow’ our customers and the cents-off cards do just that.”

The Dropoints redemption network, operated by Chicago-based Drop Tank, offers prepaid, cents-off-per-gallon Dropoint cards, which instantly drop the price at the pump for fuel customers. There’s no waiting, no blackout dates, and no hassles. They’re available in denominations of 10 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents or $1 off per gallon.

To redeem the discount, cardholders simply swipe their Dropoints card at the fuel pump. Once the card is accepted, the fuel price per gallon will automatically rollback to reflect the card denomination. Customers can continue to pay with credit, debit or cash, just as they do today.

Drop Tank said it will continue to partner with recognizable fuel and convenience store brands to provide a convenient network of redemption locations.
