Getty Realty Corp. is directing a sealed bid sale through NRC Realty & Capital Advisors of 40 gas stations sold without supply agreements and 70 commercial and retail properties that are former gas stations being sold without tanks.

The properties are located in Connecticut (4) Delaware (2) Illinois (1), Maryland (1), Massachusetts (16), New Hampshire (1), New Jersey (21), New York (42), North Carolina (3), Pennsylvania (14), Rhode Island (4) and Vermont (1).

Minimum bids should be up to 50% off the original asking prices. Bid deadline is July 10, 2013.
