Salaria joins MACS from Giant Eagle.
Mid-Atlantic Convenience Stores (MACS) has announced the appointment of Liza Salaria as senior vice president of merchandising.
In this role, Salaria will be responsible for leading merchandising and marketing strategy to achieve sales and gross profit goals.
Salaria joins MACS from Giant Eagle, where she served as senior director of merchandising for the GetGo convenience store business since 2003. In addition, she held the responsibility of director of fresh foods for all small format businesses at Giant Eagle.
Prior to her experience at Giant Eagle, Salaria worked with Fleming Food as director of bakery-deli merchandising and operations. She earned her undergraduate degree in finance and her M.B.A from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
