Local CITGO marketer hosts Fueling Good Customer Appreciation Days.

CITGO Petroleum Corp. and local CITGO marketer Little Oil Co. are teaming up to give back to the local Richmond, Va. community this summer with a series of “Fueling Good Customer Appreciation Days.”

The kick-off event will take place on Friday, July 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sandstone Market at 2930 Radford Road in Christiansburg, Va. The market will offer free pizza and prize giveaways from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Little Oil and Sandstone Market will also give back to the community in another way by conducting a canned food drive during the customer event, which will benefit local charitable organizations. In addition, each person who completes a CITGO Rewards credit card application during the events will receive a $5 CITGO Gift Card.

“Sandstone Market wanted to find a way to thank its loyal customers and give something back to those who do so much,” said Joel Justis, brand manager of Little Oil Co. “We’ve been serving this community for more than 90 years, and we’ve seen generations of customers coming to the stores we supply. We want them to feel like family.”

Three other Little Oil Co. locations will hold similar “Fueling Good Customer Appreciation Days” in July and August:

·         Tuesday, July 23 – Turbo Food Mart, 4101 A Plantation Rd., Roanoke, Va.

·         Thursday, Aug. 8 – RT’s Shop And Save, 7237 Timberlake Rd., Lynchburg, Va.

·         Friday, Aug. 9 – Salem & Sons # 13, 3492 Brookneal Hwy, Gladys, Va.

Little Oil Co. has been proudly serving customers with petroleum products since 1921. The company now sells gasoline and diesel fuel to more than 100 convenience stores and commercial customers throughout Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland.
