Celebrates its title as a best place to work in North Carolina.
Sheetz employees have another reason to brag about their jobs. The company continues its summer tour of celebrations this week with customers and employees at several of its Convenience Restaurants.
Employees of Sheetz voted their employer the 3rd Best Place to Work in the state of North Carolina.
Sheetz Prize Patrol is making stops today in Winston-Salem, Mocksville, Mt. Airy, Dobson, and Kernersville, Walkertown, Yadkinville and King. Executive Vice President of Marketing, Louie Sheetz, Regional Director, Adam Sheetz other Sheetz Planning Team members are travelling with the group to visit with the store teams. They will hand out prizes, take photos and enjoy food and beverages.
Of course the party means so much more to Sheetz employees when they can share it with customers—so all customers will be offered free coffee, fountain drinks, cookies and other special offers for the length of each store visit.
“Our people are the key to our success. Other company’s may try and duplicate our offer or our store design but they can’t duplicate our people,” said Stan Sheetz, president and CEO. “It is a great honor to know they enjoy coming to work so much every day that would vote for Sheetz as the best!”
Store teams have been partying with their customers across the state at various locations for the last three weeks, with the goal of stopping at all 56 Sheetz stores across the state.
It is a unique way for Sheetz leadership to demonstrate appreciation for employees, while building camaraderie throughout the entire North Carolina team.
