SDI Petroleum partners with NRC to divest properties in sealed bid sale.

SDI Petroleum LLC selling 12 convenience store/gas stations in Texas through a sealed bid sale.

The convenience stores are being sold without a c-store brand, but with a fuel brand  and may be sold with or without fuel supply. The bid deadline is set for Feb. 20, 2014.

The sites are located in Alamo, Brownsville (2), Edinburg, Laredo (6) and Pharr, Texas. The sites range from 13,000 to 1.4 acres, and the buildings are between 1,090 and 4,000 square feet.

SDI Petroleum has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to coordinate the offering and sale of the properties.
