The 31 locations are set to keep the same convenience store banner post acquisition.

TravelCenters of America LLC has closed on its purchase of 31 Minit Mart convenience stores with gas stations for $67.9 million, the Associated Press reported.

This week the company noted that it plans to continue operating the stores under the “Minit Mart” brand name. Three of the stores are in Tennessee and 28 are located in Kentucky.

TravelCenters of America runs and franchises properties under the TravelCenters of America, TA, Petro Stopping Centers and Petro brand names. The locations offer diesel and gasoline fuel, restaurants, truck repair centers, stores and other services.
