Makes Boston Business Journal’s “Largest Family Owned Businesses List.”
VERC Enterprises, a convenience store and Mobil/Gulf gasoline operator with locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire, was recently named to the Boston Business Journal’s “Largest Family-Owned Businesses in Massachusetts” list.
VERC Enterprises is listed as the 10th largest business on the list, which appeared in the Dec. 20 edition of the newspaper and will also appear in the magazine’s annual hardcover book, “Book of Lists.” VERC Enterprises listed its revenues as $147 million for the survey period, plus 226 Massachusetts employees and a total of 240 throughout their company.
VERC Enterprises joins an elite list of Massachusetts businesses to make the list, including Fidelity Investments, the Kraft Group and New Balance.
