Adds Beef Short Ribs, plus Cannolis for dessert.

Dinner at Rutter’s Farm Stores is a little more succulent and dessert just a little sweeter, thanks to the addition of beef short ribs and cannolis to the Central Pennsylvania chain’s award-winning menu.

The tender, fall-off the bone all-beef short ribs are slathered with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce, then oven-baked. Each rib has 1.7-ounces of meat, and customers can choose to order two, three or four ribs to an order. Each order is prepared at the time the customer makes the order.

For dessert, Rutter’s customers can now choose sweet and creamy Rutter’s cannolis. Two cannolis come in a serving, and each is filled with fresh cream filling when a customer places their order. Powdered sugar is sprinkled on top to complete the sweet treat.
