Chef’s Cut Real Jerky is created by Chef Blair Swiler, who set out to make a tastier, tender jerky for himself and his family. Blair took real hand-cuts of premium meat, just like you’d find in the butcher shop, cured them using his own proprietary smoking process, spiced them naturally and put it in a bag. The jerky is made with premium cuts of real steak, using only the highest quality of U.S. Certified Angus Beef in every batch; all 100% white meat turkey and chicken breast are used; jerky contains 30 grams of protein in every bag.
