Announce new president and executive vice president.
Ice-O-Matic, Ali Group’s Colorado-based ice manufacturer, has announced a change in leadership.
Keith Kelly has been appointed as the new president of Ice-O-Matic, effective Feb. 1. His predecessor, Kevin Fink, will serve as the new executive vice president of Ali Group effective March 2.
Kelly and Fink have a combined 40+ years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry, and with their new titles come new responsibilities.
In his new role, Kelly will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Ice-O-Matic and will report directly to Rich Gleitsmann, chief operating officer of Ali Group North America.
Kelly has an extensive background in the commercial foodservice equipment industry, including four years leading InterMetro’s international business and over 10 years at Ice-O-Matic as vice president of sales and marketing. He most recently served as executive vice president at Ice-O-Matic. Kelly has demonstrated great knowledge of, and passion for, the ice industry and is well suited to keep driving Ice-O-Matic to even greater success.
Fink, currently serving as president of Ice‐O‐Matic, Ali Group’s Denver–based ice machine manufacturer, will relocate to Ali Group’s Milan headquarters. He is a veteran of the foodservice equipment industry having started his career in 1987 as a U.S. regional sales representative for the Hobart Corp., a company he served for 13 years in several sales and marketing positions. In 2000 he joined the Enodis Group as vice president of marketing and in 2005 he took over at Ice‐O‐Matic. In 2008, Fink was assigned the management responsibility of Scotsman Industries, comprising both the Scotsman and Ice‐O‐Matic brands. During Fink’s tenure at Scotsman Industries, both companies underwent a significant sales and earnings improvement.
Fink will report to Massimo Giussani, Ali Group chief operating officer, and will assist in the overall Group support, control and development initiatives in Ali companies with a primary focus on the EMEA region.
