Donates to Mile High United Way in celebration of new opening.
Kum & Go has opened a new convenience store in Thornton, Colo., at 5480 East 120th Avenue.
The store is 5,000-square-feet and opened on Jan. 8. During opening week the store offered $1 fresh pizza slices. This is the second store in northern Denver. To celebrate the new opening, Kum & Go has made a $1,000 donation to the Mile High United Way.
The new store is designed to provide fast and friendly service for customers, offering a wide array of freshly made-to-order pizzas, baked goods and breakfast and deli sandwiches—all prepared daily in Kum & Go’s onsite kitchen. Outside, a wide variety of fuel options give customers more value and choices at the pump, including diesel and E-85 fuel.
Customers who download the new free Kum & Go app for iPhone and Android smartphones will receive exclusive digital offers and be able to find their favorite Kum & Go store nearby. The app makes it fast and easy to redeem digital coupons directly from a mobile phone by having the coupon’s on-screen barcode scanned at the register.
Kum & Go stores are saving energy and water through the company’s commitment to sustainable practices. Kum & Go currently has 82 LEED-certified stores, with five additional stores currently under review for LEED certification—the most of any convenience retailer in the nation.
Kum & Go now has 18 stores throughout Colorado.
