Starbucks uses healthy competition to ignite customer enthusiasm.
The Frappuccino has been a customer favorite since Starbucks introduced it 20 years ago, and since then the drink has never been the same. This month Starbucks introduced six new Frappuccino flavors. Customers’ love of Frappuccino is expected to drive sales as fans are invited to vote for their favorite new flavor.
Throughout the month of June, customers are invited to vote for their three favorite Frappuccino flavors, until June 26 when three of the six flavors will be eliminated and taken off the ballot. Once the flavors are narrowed down to three fans will have a final opportunity to vote for their top choice by June 30.
The winning Frappuccino Fan Flavor will be announced on July 3 and from July 3-6 customers will have the chance to purchase a grande (16-ounce) size of the winning flavor for only $3 between 2-5 p.m. local time.
The six new Frappuccino flavors include Caramel Cocoa Cluster, Cinnamon Roll, Cotton Candy, Cupcake, Lemon Bar and Red Velvet Cake.
