Anticipation for expansion leads Parker’s to promote a new development supervisor.
Sarah Bragg is the new development supervisor for Parker’s. Bragg will now implement training and development strategies for Parker’s retail stores in Georgia and South Carolina.
This Missouri native originally joined Parker’s in 2012 as a manager at the Ellabell, Ga. store. She previously worked as an assistant manager, trainer and cashier at Eagle Stop in Eugene, Mo.
“Sarah brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong work ethic to everything she does,” said Amy Lane, chief operating officer at Parker’s. “We’re thrilled to see her step forward to oversee training and development at our stores across the region. She is a real asset to the Parker’s team.”
Bragg plans to graduate from Columbia College in the Fall of 2015 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Education. She currently resides in Pooler, Ga.
Parker’s has been ranked on Inc.’s elite list of the top 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for three consecutive years and has opened eight new stores over the past year.
Parker’s currently operates 37 convenience stores across the region and employs nearly 500 individuals throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Due to customer demand, the company is on a fast-track for growth and plans to open six new locations over the next eight months.
