Campbell Oil Co.’s BellStores continues to find new ways to deliver deals to customers through their mobile phones. The easiest way for customers to find deals is by using their mobile phones to access BellStores’ branded app and Website.
BellStores launched their app and Website with OpenStore in 2014, after recognizing a need to communicate with their customers beyond the point-of-sale. Since launching just over one year ago, BellStores has more than 600 daily app users and has achieved record download rates.
In addition to reaching customers in the mobile environment through digital coupons, “we’re seeing increased foot traffic and they’re normally not just picking up a free product, they’re putting other items in their baskets as well,” said marketing specialist for Campbell Oil, Jake Patton. Increased basket size is one of the best ways OpenStore has helped BellStores succeed.
BellStores actively uses OpenStore to provide customers with enticing deals, contests and games. Due to BellStores’ success and Jake’s can-do attitude, OpenStore selected BellStores to pilot the new vendor-sponsored Coupon Portal.
