Love’s launches campaign to help sick and injured children.
Love’s Travel Stops has launched its annual campaign for Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals.
In order to raise money for the hospitals, more than 350 Love’s locations will sell paper balloons for $1, $5 and $20 from Aug. 25 – Sept. 30. Other fundraising activities such as cookouts, bake sales, golf tournaments and 5K races will be held to aid in the company’s mission.
Local CMN Hospitals will receive all of the money that was raised in order to help the children in Love’s communities. Love’s first became affiliated with CMN Hospitals in 1998, and since then has raised more than $13 million to help sick and injured children.
