Murphy USA has signed a strategic five year agreement with Core-Mark Holding Company Inc.
Through a new five year supply agreement, Core-Mark Holding Co. Inc. will now be the primary wholesale distributor to Murphy USA Inc.
Core-Mark will deliver over 75% of the merchandise sold in Murphy USA stores. The contract is expected to be effective beginning in the first quarter of 2016 and estimated to generate approximately $1.7 billion in annual revenue for Core-Mark while creating efficiencies and a strategic supply chain relationship for Murphy USA.
