Big Red Loyalty Program

Big-Red-LogoBigNoFina-NewBig Red Stores offers customers discounts on gas when they make in-store purchases.

Customers of Big Red Stores can now earn rewards for shopping at any Big Red Stores’ 32 locations. The new Discount Gas Card program allows customers to automatically earn more cents off gas prices when they purchase items inside the store.

“The Big Red Discount Gas Card program is another example of our commitment to excellent customer service,” David Hendrix, president of Summerwood Partners parent company of Big Red Stores said. “When our customers pay for a fountain drink, coffee or any other items involved in the program, they will be able to earn additional cents off a gallon when they fill up.”

Program members will earn one cent per gallon for every $5 spent inside the store while using their card. Additionally, if the member also has a Valero Credit Card they can save an additional five cents per gallon. If they purchase a car wash they can save an additional 10 cents per gallon and five cents per fountain drink. A customer could save at least 20 cents per gallon on that one visit. The more you spend, the more you save.

“We think it is a great way to reward and thank our customers for their loyalty,” added Hendrix.

Big Red Stores are locally owned and operated in Central Arkansas, with a total of 32 locations, including the newest location in Searcy opening in December. The company office is located in Bryant, Ark.
