- Kerry Convenience will direct its’ vast product ingredient portfolio and product development team to convenience channel operators and commissary suppliers to create differentiated food and beverage solutions.
- Kerry Convenience will expand its expertise by leveraging core competencies of both companies: culinary, food and beverage scientists, product researchers and developers, dedicated convenience channel sales team and manufacturing capabilities.
- Kerry Convenience will continue to focus on both Beverage (hot, cold and frozen dispensed and made-to-order) and C-Store Foodservice.
Bill Flack, vice president of sales at Kerry Convenience, expressed his excitement over the acquisition and the positive impact to current and new customers. “The launch of Kerry Convenience expands the value proposition we provide to the convenience channel.
