Aloha Petroleum employs 630 people in Hawaii.
Aloha Petroleum Ltd. has closed the purchase of MFM’s Hawaii Assets.
According to a report from Pacific News Business, the acquisition consisted of Shell gas stations, Subway restaurants and convenience stores on Kauai.
Aloha Petroleum, a subsidiary of Sunoco LP now owns two Shell gas stations on Kapaa and Kilauea, Hawaii, Subway locations in Kilauea and Eleele, Hawaii, a Shell Food Mart in Kapaa, Hawaii and Menehune Food Mart stores in Kilauea, Kekaha and Kapahi, Hawaii. The company plans to operate the newly-acquired stores under their current brands.
With the recent acquisition, Aloha Petroleum now employs 630 people in Hawaii, owns approximately 100 Shell, Aloha and Mahalo branded gas stations and 50 Aloha Island Mart convenience stores throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
