Stripes adds 30 new jobs to Port Arthur, Texas community. 

Stripes Convenience Stores has announced that it will soon open its first Stripes Convenience Store in Port Arthur, Texas.

Stripes Stores will host a grand opening fiesta and ribbon cutting ceremony with the Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce beginning at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016 at 2300 Hwy 365. The ribbon cutting will include a $1,000 donation check presentation to Memorial High School. The new Stripes Store has added over 30 new jobs to the Port Arthur community.

The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company and Stripes Stores. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with any purchase. The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company, Sunoco Fuel, the official Fuel of NASCAR and 20 Sunoco branded fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. This location features a dining area which seats 30, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 2.1  billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
