Pilot Flying J is offering a free slice of fresh, hot pizza to customers in honor of National Pizza Day.
On Feb. 9, a free slice of Pilot Flying J’s “Unexpectedly Awesome” PJ Fresh Pizza will be offered to customers in honor of National Pizza Day. Customers may receive their free slice when they display an online coupon from the company’s Facebook page at the time of purchase.
In addition to the free pizza offer, Pilot Flying J stores are offering whole pizzas for $10.99 apiece to football fans watching the big game on Feb. 7 – prices and product may vary by location.
“With our large network of travel centers across North America, you don’t have to travel far to find ‘Unexpectedly Awesome’ pizza and food offerings,” said Ken Parent, president of Pilot Flying J. “And for those travelers who haven’t tried our gourmet pizza just yet, they can stop by a Pilot Travel Center or Flying J Travel Plaza on National Pizza Day for a slice of the pie – on us.”
PJ Fresh Pizzas are made with 100% real mozzarella cheese, and its dough is braided on-site by hand. PJ Fresh Pizzas are also prepared with a variety of toppings – from pepperoni and sausage to an array of vegetables – ensuring football fans will find a pie that meets their preference on game day.
PJ Fresh Pizza is available at more than 250 Pilot Travel Centers and Flying J Travel Plazas across North America. The free slice of pizza promotion is valid for customers in the U.S. and Canada from 12 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. EST on Feb. 9, 2016. There is a limit of one slice of pizza per customer per day, and prices and product may vary by location.
