Home Market Foods, a producer of high quality meat-based food products, has acquired Hot ‘N Spicey Inc., best known for its Bahama Mama brand of premium sausages and its Gourmet To Go brand of high quality sausages and frankfurters.

Founded in 1986, Hot ‘N Spicey is a premium cooked sausage and frankfurter producer located in Columbus, Ohio. “We are honored to become the new owner of these great brands,” said Douglas Atamian, CEO of Home Market Foods. “This acquisition will enable us to further enhance our offering of quality products in both the foodservice and retail channels and accelerate growth across our branded portfolio.”

The Bahama Mama and Gourmet to Go brands are known as great tasting, top quality products made with wholesome ingredients.
