Amazon just took convenience to a new level. On Feb. 16, the company announced that one-hour meal delivery would now be available for San Diego members of its Prime Now service.
Beginning last fall, Amazon was offering one-hour deliveries in San Diego for other products and recently added alcoholic beverages to the list of items, according to the Times of San Diego.
Times of San Diego reported that more than 90 area restaurants are involved in the delivery service, which will be offered to 16 zip codes in the area. And eateries will also soon be added to the list. Customers can expect an average delivery time of 39 minutes and can track the delivery via the Prime Now mobile app.
