New convenience store adds more than 30 jobs to the community.
Stripes Convenience Stores celebrated the opening of its first Stripes Convenience Stores in Livingston, Texas, on March 8 with a grand opening fiesta ribbon cutting celebration.
The new store is located at 2301 US Hwy 190 W. The ribbon cutting included a performance by Livingston High School JROTC Color Guard and our Armed Drill Team and a $1,000 donation check presentation to Livingston High School. The store has added over 30 new jobs to the Livingston community.
The entire community was invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Co. and Stripes Stores. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration received a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase.
The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Co. and 16 Sunoco-branded fuel dispenser options, which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel.
The location features a dining area which seats 30, “the beer super cooler”— a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 degrees; “the wall” — a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 6,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
Stripes Convenience Stores operate more than 700 convenience stores in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
