The new travel stop offers 69 parking spaces, showers, gourmet coffee and more.
Love’s Travel Stops opened a new travel center in Davenport, Fla., on April 21, located along Interstate 4 and U.S. Highway 27.
“We are excited to open our first stop on the busy U.S. Highway 27 in central Florida,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s. “We look forward to providing drivers with great services in our store and a safe place to rest. Davenport allows us to serve more customers in a busy area of Florida, and it shows our continuous efforts to strengthen our network of stores in the region.”
Davenport marks Love’s fourth location to open in The Sunshine State since 2014. Including the 69 truck-parking spaces in Davenport, Love’s has added 373 truck-parking spaces in Florida. Love’s other newer travel stops in Florida are in Fort Pierce, Fort Myers and Mossy Head. Love’s operates a total of 12 travel stops in the state.
The Davenport Love’s features seven showers, a Love’s Truck Tire Care facility, RFID cardless fueling and CAT scales. Customers can also enjoy gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift items, an Arby’s restaurant and more.
