Ricker’s recent menu expansion drives the company to expand its employee base.

Ricker Oil Co. has announced that it will be hiring at an increased rate over the next six month.

A recent report from Inside Indiana Business has revealed that Ricker’s has plans to hire more than 200 employees at more than 20 locations, in the coming months. The company stated that the new hiring initiative comes partially in response to the company’s recently expanded foodservice offerings.

Inside Indiana Business reported that Ricker’s has now expanded its menu to include pizza, breadsticks, deli sandwiches and salads, and the majority of the new employees will work in foodservice.

The 200 new employees will bring the company’s employee total to approximately 1,000 individuals, according to Inside Indiana Business.
