General Mills Convenience has introduced a new version of its Nature Valley Biscuits, featuring a layer of creamy almond or peanut butter between two 100% whole grain oat biscuits. Already a success in retail channels, the new biscuits help c-store retailers meet consumer demand for protein with a product that delivers a unique texture and great taste. Two new varieties, Nature Valley Biscuits with Almond Butter and Nature Valley Biscuits with Peanut Butter, are available. Nature Valley Biscuits with Nut Butter feature 14 grams of whole grain, three grams of fiber, 3-5 grams of protein, and no high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Available in a 1.35-ounce size with an SRP of $1.29.
