Looking for a simple way to boost margins on beverages?  Today’s idea of the day can help.

Reduce your cup sizes at the fountain or coffee bar but maintain the price in order to grow margins.

For example: a 32-ounce cold beverage would become a 30-ounce for the same price and a 44-ounce cup becomes 40 ounces without a price change. Customers are unlikely to care about the slight ounce change and your margins expand.
