Jonnie Lindberg call VP’s M1 the cleanest Methanol on the market.

VP Racing Fuels has announced a new partnership with Jonnie Lindberg Motorsports for the 2016 racing season. As a part of this new alliance, Jonnie Lindberg, reigning NHRA Top Alcohol Funny Car champion, will exclusively use VP’s M1 Methanol to fuel his attempt to secure a second championship this year.

Based in Upplands Vasby, Sweden, Jonnie Lindberg started his drag racing career as a tuner for his brother in European Pro Mod before graduating to drive FIA Top Alcohol Funny Car in 2012. He won the TA/FC European Championship in 2013, the TA/FC NHRA Championship in 2015 and holds the ET World Record of 5.361 seconds. Now Lindberg spends more time in the U.S. and operates a shop in Brownsburg, Ind.
