Barbara’s Pumpkin Puffins contain eight grams of whole grains and three grams of fiber per serving. The delicious cereal is also low fat, gluten-free, vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified and, like all other Barbara’s products, made without hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. Pumpkin Puffins only has five grams of sugar per serving.
