McLane Co. Inc., has announced its 2016 National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show experience taking place Oct. 18-21 in Atlanta. As an annual exhibitor, McLane will highlight its many signature programs and initiatives including McLane Kitchen, Fresh Produce +, Consumer Value Products (CVP) and various tech solutions including the recently-launched Mobile Premium Order Management Suite. Bringing together some of the U.S.’s top suppliers and retailers, the NACS show serves as a platform for new product launches in addition to an exchange of ideas and best practices.

This year, McLane plans to showcase its new interactive foodservice booth experience under the banner of McLane Kitchen, a comprehensive and customizable foodservice solution for generating optimum sales and profits for retailers. The new booth, which initially debuted at McLane’s National Trade Show in August, will spotlight a fully functioning kitchen with multiple chefs and four new menu offerings for retailers to experience throughout the show. Specifically, the new menu offerings will consist of a strawberry banana parfait, bahn mi hot dog, Buffalo chicken grilled cheese and southwest chicken salad recipes, all created entirely from ingredients available through McLane.

A second branded activation will spotlight new products from the recently-launched CVP private label and is set to be featured in NACS’ Cool New Products Preview Room. The five products to be offered include: Hometown Market, Pristyn Purified Water, Excursion Beef Jerky, YumBees candy and Beau Dacious Biscuits dog treats. All products will officially be available starting January 2017.

Additionally, Foodservice Product Director Holly Veale will represent McLane on the panel “How to Get and Sell Produce” on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 8 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. ET.

Highlights of this year’s trade show will be posted to the McLane Twitter (@McLaneCo) and Facebook (@McLaneCompany) channels.

McLane Co. Inc. is one of the largest supply chain services leaders, providing grocery and foodservice supply chain solutions for convenience stores, mass merchants, drug stores and chain restaurants throughout the United States.
